For participants aged 18+ to promote water confidence and develop core aquatic skills. Improves water confidence, buoyancy, balance and travelling 10m in the water.
For participants aged 18+, able to swim at least 25m. Focus is on stroke development, endurance and stamina, while also introducing students to diving, water safety and streamlining.
For participants aged 18+, able to swim at least 10m on their front and back. Improves their stroke technique, builds on previous core skills and introduces deep water. Also introduces strokes across a distance of 10 metres and develops streamlining, rotational skills and sculling.
